Tricia Overdyke

Tricia joined Willow Street in 2012. As a principal of the firm, she leads the Client Services and Operations efforts and manages some of the largest client relationships. She also serves as Director and Investment Committee Member for several families, leveraging her experience as an investor and business operator.
Previously, Tricia was Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy for the energy and HSE divisions at IHS, a publicly traded global information company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Tricia also spent six years in New York City as an investment analyst for a multi-strategy hedge fund seeded by Reservoir Capital and, before that, as Special Projects Assistant for the Chairman of Bloomberg, LP.
Tricia holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association as well as the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. She earned her Master’s Degree in International Finance Policy from Columbia University and her B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University.
Tricia has traveled extensively throughout the world for both work and pleasure and speaks Spanish. She serves on the Endowment Committee of St. John’s Episcopal Church and gives her time to the Jackson Hole Food Cupboard. Tricia enjoys backcountry skiing, biking, running and paddle boarding with her husband and two daughters.
