Betsy Cabradilla CTFA

Betsy is a member of the executive management team and leads Willow Street’s Client Services team, providing oversight and direction to Relationship Managers. She also works directly with several client family relationships. Joining Willow Street in 2013, Betsy has significant experience in Client Services and Integration and expertise in private family trust company (PTC) administration, financial reporting, cash flow management, and new relationship onboarding.

Betsy holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association, a course of study that hones the technical skills and competencies required to perform complex trust administration responsibilities. Prior to joining Willow Street, she held several management positions in the service and travel industries. In 2009, she founded 307 Bookkeeping to provide bookkeeping services to local home design and computer service businesses.

A native of Farmington, Minnesota, Betsy moved to Jackson in 1997 after studying at Wartburg College. Betsy spends time outdoors with her husband and son — skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and camping are among their favorite activities.
