The Wyoming Council for Women’s Issues recognized Willow Street as “Wyoming Employer of Choice” for 2014. Barbara Hoeft, President of Willow Street, received the award on behalf of the firm on November 12 in Cheyenne.

Barbara commented, “Willow Street recognizes that family-friendly policies help attract and retain talented and hard-working team members. The majority of our employees are working parents, so I am honored to have received their nomination and to accept the award on their behalf.”

The Employer of Choice Award recognizes Wyoming businesses for practices such as flexible scheduling, family leave policies, and other strategic measures that allow working parents to successfully balance families and careers. Jan Torres, Chair of the Council’s Employment Practices Committee, presented the award during the 2014 Wyoming Forum hosted by the Wyoming Business Alliance.
