Emmy Watsabaugh Joins Willow Street

As an Associate, Client Services, Emmy plays an integral role in providing administrative and project-based support to the Willow Street Client Services team. She oversees entity governance documentation, preparing organizational meeting materials, and event planning.

Prior to joining Willow Street, Emmy spent over a decade at Teton Science Schools, where she was instrumental in both creating and implementing curriculum. Through this experience, she developed a skillset in cultivating relationships and developing strong team dynamics.

Emmy earned her BA from Elon University. Originally from New Jersey, Emmy grew up spending summers in Jackson and came to love the valley so much that she relocated here in 2010. When not in the office, she can be found exploring the outdoors with her husband and son.

What’s Your Favorite Time of Year in Jackson?

The fall is one of my favorite seasons in Jackson — I love to visit our two nearby national parks with fewer crowds. I will pack a picnic dinner and head to Grand Teton National Park to hear the elk bugle — truly a magical experience — and enjoy the fall leaves. My family and I will also take overnight trips up to Yellowstone National Park and love to visit the Dragon’s Mouth, Grand Prismatic, and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.

What’s the Favorite Place You Have Traveled to and Why?

When I was a senior in college, I studied abroad in Japan for three weeks. I spent time in both Kyoto and Tokyo, and found them incredibly fascinating in their own exceptional ways: I loved exploring the rich history of Kyoto through its temples and shrines (Kinkaku-ji was especially breathtaking), and the hustle and bustle of Tokyo through its many diverse neighborhoods (Harajuku and Ginza were my favorites). I loved Japan’s welcoming people, delicious food, and unique culture that combines both deep tradition and modernity. I look forward to returning one day with my husband and son to explore the country further.

Please join us in welcoming Emmy.
