Jordan Mahone
Jordan serves as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with families and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. Jordan combines strategic problem-solving with a collaborative, client-focused approach, helping families address evolving needs while delivering thoughtful, responsive service.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Jordan served as a Customer Success Manager at San Francisco-based CipherHealth and athenahealth, where she partnered with enterprise health systems to navigate complex challenges and implement strategic technology solutions. Earlier in her career, she held customer experience and operations roles at Jackson-based apparel company Stio, building a strong foundation in relationship management and managing efficient, streamlined workflows.
Jordan earned her BS from East Carolina University with majors in Political Science and International Relations. Since moving to Jackson in 2016, she has lived and worked in both Jackson and San Francisco. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking during wildflower season, reading about foreign affairs, and exploring Wyoming with her husband and dog.
What’s something you’ve accomplished that you’re especially proud of?
In 2024, I completed the New York City Marathon, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Committing to 18 weeks of focused training while fundraising for a New York-based charitable organization gave the experience even greater meaning. Seeing my friends and family cheering me on along the course made for a truly unforgettable race day . The experience reinforced the value of setting ambitious goals and inspired my next challenge: completing all six of the original World Marathon Majors.
What’s something you’re passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about local, state, and national politics and the ways public policy and global dynamics shape our communities. I enjoy following current events, learning about different perspectives, and having thoughtful conversations about the issues that affect people’s everyday lives. I’m especially interested in helping others feel more connected to the civic process and engaged in the decisions that affect their lives, whether through sharing information, encouraging thoughtful dialogue, or supporting voter registration efforts. I believe informed and engaged communities are stronger communities.
Erik Wright
Erik serves as a primary point of contact for clients and their trusted advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. He is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. Drawing on more than two decades of leadership experience, Erik brings exceptional attention to detail, disciplined execution, and a collaborative approach to helping clients navigate complexity.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Erik served in the US Army for over 20 years, where he held leadership roles spanning analytics, operations management, and strategic planning. Throughout his military career, he led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex initiatives, and translated detailed analysis into practical recommendations to support transparent decision-making. His experience fostering collaboration, building consensus, and leading under pressure informs his thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to client service.
Originally from Kansas City, Erik earned his BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a major in Civil Engineering and his MS from the Naval Postgraduate School with a major in Operations Research. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering as a Cub Scout leader and spending time outdoors with his family.
Before joining Willow Street, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
During the first half of my career in the US Army, I served as a reconnaissance and attack helicopter pilot and air mission commander. We provided surveillance and close air support for ground soldiers conducting patrols, transported supplies, and secured key locations in Iraq and Afghanistan. One mission that has always stayed with me was delivering ice cream to soldiers stationed at a remote mountaintop outpost in Afghanistan. After months in a challenging environment, seeing their excitement and appreciation for such a simple gesture was incredibly rewarding.
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 15?
Don’t mistake your shyness for weakness. Your ability to observe, think deeply, and care about others will become one of your greatest strengths, even if you can’t see it yet. Embrace discomfort, especially public speaking —it will open doors you can’t imagine. You will face losses that reshape you, but they will also strengthen your purpose, resilience, and capacity to love. Trust that you are capable of far more than you believe, and one day you will be proud of the man you have become.
