Tricia Overdyke Joins Willow Street

Willow Street Financial Services is pleased to announce that Tricia Overdyke has joined the firm. Tricia brings an interesting and varied work experience to her position; previously, she was Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy for the energy division at IHS, a publicly traded global information company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Tricia also worked in New York as an investment analyst at Octavian Advisors, a $1.3B multi-strategy hedge fund and as Special Projects Assistant to the Chairman of Bloomberg, LP.

As a Willow Street Associate, Tricia will be responsible for private trust company (PTC) management and supervision of the trusts for which they act as trustee. She will also be included in new client and services development.

“Tricia’s unique job experience and extensive involvement in business analysis brings an important skill set to the firm. We are lucky to have someone with her level of knowledge and education at such a pivotal point in Willow Street’s development,” commented Barbara Hoeft, Principal and founder of Willow Street.

Tricia has her Masters in International Affairs in Finance Policy from Columbia University in New York. She earned her BA in Public Policy from Vanderbilt University and attended a semester at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
