December 21, 2022 — Willow Street is pleased to announce that Debbie Meagher and Claire O’Connell have been promoted to Senior Manager, Client Integration and Manager, Client Strategy, respectively.

Debbie co-leads the integration process for new Willow Street clients, working closely with families and their advisors as they begin their relationship with the firm. She has demonstrated leadership in both this capacity and in working with the Willow Street team to enhance our internal systems supporting trust administration and family office functions. Debbie is pursuing her CTFA certification and contributes to our community as a volunteer for Teton County’s Community Emergency Response Team and Victim Services Department. Betsy Cabradilla, Managing Director, Client Experience, commented, “Debbie has been an integral part of the Willow Street team for over three years. Her willingness to learn and adapt as well as her attention to detail and proactivity in improving our operational processes have positioned her as an excellent senior manager at Willow Street.”

Claire helps lead marketing, communications, and strategic growth initiatives for Willow Street and has made a significant impact in delivering the firm’s marketing strategy. She has demonstrated expertise in her vertical and taken the initiative to immerse herself in the trust industry by attending Cannon Trust School. Outside of Willow Street, Claire serves on the board of Soroptimist and volunteers for the Animal Adoption Center of Jackson. Kea Molnar, Managing Director, Client Strategy, added, “In just six months at Willow Street, Claire has not only exhibited her skills as an effective marketing leader, but also has been selected to represent Willow Street at industry events like the ACTEC Fall Meeting.
