The Board of Managers of Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC is pleased to announce that the firm has received its Certificate of Authority from the Wyoming State Banking Board to commence trust business in Wyoming. Board members include Barbara Hoeft, Tricia Overdyke, and Betty Andrikopoulos, and independent directors Laurent Roux and Chairman, Phil Harrington.

Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC was formed in response to the desire to provide additional fiduciary service options to the clients of Willow Street. For more than 10 years, Willow Street has provided private family trust company (PTC) administration and family office services to multinational, multigenerational families. Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC will allow the firm to expand its services to these families and their advisors and offer an additional way to establish situs in Wyoming.
