Willow Street is pleased to announce that Phillip Harrington has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Willow Street Group, LLC and its wholly owned affiliate, Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming. LLC. Phil is presently Chairman of the Board of Willow Street.

Phil is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of operating, risk, and regulatory experience derived from roles at CA Technologies, Deloitte & Touche, and Prudential Financial. In addition to his primary role at Willow Street, he is a senior managing director at Brock Capital Group, where he presently serves as independent fiduciary to two of the largest US pension funds. He is also chairman of ProLink Solutions Inc., a privately-held software company and serves as a cyber risk advisor to the World Economic Forum.
