We are pleased to share that Autumn Henderson, has earned the Certified Know Your Customer Associate (CKYCA) certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). This achievement reflects expertise in KYC principles, regulatory frameworks, and customer due diligence processes, as well as a strong foundation in global compliance standards, anti-money laundering (AML) practices, and ongoing monitoring procedures. 

As an Associate on our Client Operations team, Autumn provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. She oversees and implements processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families.
