Autumn provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. She oversees and implements operational processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families.
Before joining Willow Street, Autumn served on the Accounting team at Laurel Trust Company and worked for the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation, where she supported advancement operations including board management, donor relations, event planning, and committee leadership.
Autumn is a Nevada native. She earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the local community, spending time with family and friends, and recording family recipes.
