The Board of Managers of Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming is pleased to announce that the firm has received its Certificate of Authority from the Wyoming State Banking Board to commence trust business in Wyoming. Board members include Barbara J Hoeft, Tricia Overdyke, and Betty Andrikopoulos, and independent directors Laurent Roux (Gallatin Wealth Management) and Chairman, Phillip J Harrington, Jr. (Brock Capital Group).

Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming was formed in response to the desire to provide options to the clients of Willow Street Group. For more than 10 years, Willow Street has provided Private Family Trust Company administration and Family Office services to multinational, multigenerational families. Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming will allow the firm to expand its services to these families and their advisors and offer an additional way to establish situs in Wyoming.
