Willow Street Aligns Board Governance Across Its Nevada and Wyoming Trust Companies

October 2026 — Willow Street has established a common board across Nevada and Wyoming. While each trust company remains a separate legal entity subject to its respective regulatory requirements and oversight, both are now governed by the same board, aligning strategic oversight, fiduciary governance, and operational stewardship across the Willow Street platform. The board is chaired by Phil Harrington and includes Betty Andrikopoulos, Kelly Maregni, Kea Molnar, Tricia Overdyke, Rebecca Renzas, and Scott Weaver.

Unified board membership across both jurisdictions preserves the distinct regulatory frameworks applicable to each trust company while providing a common governance structure that supports consistent decision-making, risk management, and client service standards throughout the firm.

Phil Harrington, Chairman and CEO, commented, “As Willow Street continues to grow, it is important that our governance evolves alongside our business. A common board structure across two jurisdictions strengthens coordination across the firm while preserving the distinct regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities of each entity. Our clients and business benefit from a shared strategic vision, consistent governance standards, and the collective experience of our leadership team.”
