Kea Molnar

Managing Director, Client Strategy

Kea leads marketing and branding strategy at Willow Street and works closely with new client relationships as families and their advisors begin their engagement with the firm. She also serves as a manager and investment/distribution committee member for clients’ private family trust companies (PTCs), works with delegated and discretionary trustee engagements, and participates in the overall management of the firm. Kea earned a Certificate in International Trust Management with Distinction from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is pursuing her certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Prior to joining Willow Street, Kea spent over 15 years in marketing strategy, investment management, and client relationship management at companies including Google, Goldman Sachs, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson. She spent the majority of her career in New York City before moving to Jackson in 2018. Kea earned her BA from Middlebury College with a major in International Politics & Economics and a minor in French and her MBA from the Wharton School with majors in Management and Marketing.

A Massachusetts native, Kea lives in Jackson with her husband, two young sons, and rescue mutt. She is a member of YPO, serves as Chair of the board of Jackson Hole Public Art, and is actively involved as an Alumni Volunteer at Middlebury and Wharton. She also serves on the Thought Leadership & Communications Committee of the Wyoming Trust Association (WTA). Kea loves to be outdoors as much as possible, primarily skiing, hiking, playing golf, and paddleboarding.
