September 22, 2022 — Willow Street is pleased to announce that Betsy Cabradilla, Stewart McIver, and Kea Molnar have been named Managing Directors of the firm.
Betsy, Stewart, and Kea are the first employees of Willow Street to be named Managing Directors. In making the announcement, Phil Harrington, Willow Street Chairman & CEO, said,
“These promotions recognize the significant contributions Betsy, Stewart, and Kea are making to the success and evolution of our firm. As Willow Street continues to grow, it is critical that we elevate key colleagues to positions of expanded scope and accountability both to serve our clients as well as to ensure sound succession planning. Betsy has worked with Willow Street client families for over ten years. She leads client integration, working closely with families and their advisors as they onboard and begin their relationship with Willow Street. Betsy also works directly with several client family relationships and serves broadly as a leader of our client services team. She earned the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation in 2018.
Stewart directs Willow Street’s Accounting team and is an internal thought leader around international and tax reporting matters for our client families. He also serves as a primary point of contact for client families, serves on investment committees for private family trust companies (PTCs), and works with key trustee engagements. Stewart is also a leader of our client services team. He is pursuing Level 3 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) certification.
Kea leads Willow Street’s marketing and branding strategy, new client relationships, and partnership development. In addition, she works with client families as a director/manager and investment and distribution committee member for PTCs and in delegated trustee engagements. In 2021, Kea earned a Certificate in International Trust Management with Distinction from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). She serves on the Thought Leadership & Communications Committee of the Wyoming Trust Association (WTA) and is pursuing her certification as a CTFA.
