Stewart is a member of Willow Street’s executive management team and serves on the Investment Committee of Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC. He leads the firm’s AI development and initiatives, with responsibility for both strategic direction and implementation. Stewart also leads key client relationships, primarily serving as a manager and investment committee member of private family trust companies and on full trustee engagements with responsibility for investment oversight. He is an internal thought leader on international tax reporting matters and supports the firm’s robust compliance environment.
Stewart returned to the mountains and joined Willow Street from Deloitte Cayman Islands where he conducted audits for private equity and hedge fund clients; previously, he operated complex audits of publicly-traded investment managers and broker-dealers in Deloitte’s Denver office. Stewart holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter from the CFA Institute and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned his MS and BS in Accountancy from the University of Denver.
Stewart serves as the Board President and Finance/Investment Committee Chair of the Teton County Library Foundation & Friends, as well as on the Audit Committee for the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. He, his wife, and two young sons enjoy Jackson’s year-round natural beauty as they hike, camp, mountain bike, and ski.
