Prior to joining Willow Street, Will was an Accounting Associate at a Jackson-based family office where he oversaw operational accounting for entities and personal finances of family members. Will previously served as an Audit Associate in KPMG’s Denver office, where he participated in year-end audits under GAAP and IFRS frameworks for multinational firms.
Will is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his MS and BS in Accountancy from the University of Denver. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and twin children, exploring Jackson and its surrounding areas.
What’s your favorite way to spend a spring day in Jackson?
My ideal spring day in Jackson starts with a bagel from Pearl Street Bagels. After breakfast, my wife, friends, and I would take advantage of the quieter off-season by biking on Teton Park Road in Grand Teton National Park before it opens to cars. The stunning mountain views are even more breathtaking up close, and it’s a unique way to experience the beauty of the area. After a day of outdoor activity, we would unwind by enjoying pizza and beer at Dornan’s, which is located in Moose at the entrance to the park.
What’s the favorite place you have traveled to and why?
Hope Town, Bahamas, a small island in the Abacos. I love the unique climate and landscape, especially compared to Jackson. The Abacos are comprised of multiple islands, and one of my favorite things to do is to travel by boat with friends and family to explore new islands and coves. Along the way we stop and snorkel among reefs and sometimes try our hand at fishing. Overall, it’s an incredible place to experience the natural beauty of the Caribbean.
