As a Relationship Manager, Shannon serves as a primary point of contact for client families and works closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects.

Shannon brings strong relationship and project management skills to Willow Street. Most recently, she was a residential lending Client Service Associate at First Republic Bank. Previously, she worked at St. John’s Health, the hospital serving Teton County and its surrounding communities, as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO before managing the Patient Experience team. Shannon also served as a credit analyst with First Interstate Bank.

Shannon earned a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. Originally from Philmont, New York, she moved to Jackson in 2004. Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, three children, and two dogs, running, camping, hiking, and baking.

What’s the favorite place you have traveled to and why?

I love Florida’s Anna Maria Island, which is like a coastal version of Jackson. The town is easy to explore and has friendly locals, a beautiful beach for swimming and snorkeling, and great restaurants featuring fresh seafood. Like Jackson, the town strives to preserve the look and feel of small-town life.

If you could have dinner with any famous person, who would you choose?

Since I was a young girl, I’ve admired Oprah Winfrey for her authenticity and ability to connect with others. I respect how she started as a local journalist with a modest upbringing and has built a world-renowned media empire, while focusing on empowering women and supporting important causes such as youth education, food insecurity, and racial equality.
