Phillip Harrington Appointed to Second Term on Wyoming State Banking Board

August 8, 2024 — Willow Street is pleased to announce that Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Willow Street Chairman and CEO Phillip Harrington to a second term on the Wyoming State Banking Board to represent public chartered trust companies. In April 2021, the Wyoming legislature enacted HB0006 to expand the State Banking Board to include a representative of public trust companies in recognition and furtherance of Wyoming’s growing trust industry. Phil was appointed as the first such member in 2021. His second three-year term is effective immediately and will expire in June 2027.

The Wyoming Division of Banking is responsible for the chartering and regulation of Wyoming state banks, trust companies, mortgage companies, and non-bank financial companies. Phil brings subject matter experience and expertise to the Banking Board derived from his over 40 years of professional experience in fiduciary services, financial services regulation, risk management, operations, and corporate governance.
