Willow Street is pleased to announce that Morgan Hill and Claire O’Connell have been promoted to Associate Director, Client Services and Associate Director, Client Strategy, respectively.

Morgan leads a significant portfolio of client relationships, including both private family trust companies (PTCs) and directed and discretionary trusts. He serves as a thought leader for our client families and a PTC officer. Outside of work, he is the Boys High School Assistant Coach for the Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club.

Claire helps lead marketing and branding strategy, communications, and strategic growth initiatives for Willow Street. With a background in marketing across multiple industries, she brings exceptional creativity, client-centricity, and project management skills to her role. Claire serves as Branch Administrator for STEP Wyoming and leads the STEP Wyoming Conference Committee. In the community, she serves on the board of Soroptimist International of Jackson Hole and the Animal Adoption Center Event Committee.
