Luette has spent the better part of her professional life focused on human resources, communications and strategic growth. As Vice President, Operations, she is responsible for managing several corporate functions, primarily related to human capital, financial management and supporting an environment that facilitates exceptional client service.

In earlier years, Luette was a human resources generalist for Condec Corporation, human resources manager for RCA Records and then specialized in internal and external communications for General Re Corporation. In 1996, she relocated to Jackson Hole with her husband and two children to establish WATCHGUARD Security Systems, a company that they grew and managed until its sale in 2009.

Luette holds a B.A. from Connecticut College. She serves on the St. John’s Episcopal Church vestry and is a volunteer advocate for the Community Safety Network. She enjoys hiking, road biking and spending time with her family.
