Tyler Case Joins Willow Street

Please join us in welcoming Tyler to the Willow Street team.

As a Relationship Manager, Tyler serves as a primary point of contact for client families, accountable for working closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. He is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects.

Prior to joining Willow Street, Tyler focused on financial analysis, project management, and market research at Burke Stelling Group, a boutique investment bank serving community banks and other financial institutions. He also brings a focus on client centricity from previous roles in the outdoor recreation industry.

Tyler earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, trail running in the Tetons, reading history and thriller novels, and cooking new recipes.

What’s something you’ve accomplished that you’re especially proud of?

I’m passionate about seeing what the human body is capable of, and my current outlet for exploring this is trail running. This past August, I completed my first 100-mile trail race, the Wyoming Range Endurance Run. Despite the challenging low points of the race, I am proud of my ability to persevere and push through to the finish line.

What’s the best book you’ve read recently?

My goal is to read at least 20 books every year. Recently I finished one that had been on my list for a while, and it did not disappoint: “The Comfort Crisis” by Michael Easter. The book explores how modern comforts reduce our resilience and how stepping out of our comfort zones can lead to greater physical, mental, and emotional well-being. One concept he highlights is ‘misogi.’ Historically, this term refers to ‘water cleansing’ in the Shinto faith, but it has evolved into a daunting physical challenge in nature at least once a year to help build confidence and courage to face life’s difficulties. I am excited to adopt this practice, starting with a 200-mile trail race in 2025.
