The Willow Street team attended the 2014 STEP Ski Boot Camp in Teton Village, Wyoming. The event included a morning of powder skiing at Ski Magazine’s #1 ranked ski resort, followed by an afternoon of cutting edge trust and estate themes.

Barbara Hoeft, President of Willow Street Financial Services, introduced Robert Phelps and Julie Golden of JP Morgan, who lead the discussion “The Use of Letters of Wishes to fine tune Grantor Intent in Trust Administration”. Ms. Hoeft, who was recently injured, spoke from the heart regarding the importance of having one’s affairs in order and how her experience reaffirmed her commitment to the trust and estate field.

Other topics included, “The Use of Conservation Easements in Estate Planning”, “The Magic of Charitable Giving”, and “The Case for Wyoming as a Situs Jurisdiction”.
