Audra Schultheis

As a Manager, Audra works closely with families and their advisors as they onboard and begin their relationship with Willow Street and provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team. She oversees and implements an array of activities focused on providing a consistently exceptional experience to client families. Audra brings strong customer service, data analysis, and process improvement skills to Willow Street, with extensive experience in financial reporting and cash flow management.

Prior to joining Willow Street, Audra spent over 20 years in investment operations and client relationship management. She spent the majority of her career at Northwestern Mutual in both Jackson, WY and Milwaukee, WI, focused on client services, investment operations, and mutual fund accounting.

Originally from Ohio, Audra spent nine years in Jackson after college and returned to the valley again with her family in 2012. Audra earned her BS in Accountancy from Miami University. She enjoys spending time outdoors discovering the path less traveled, volunteering on her neighborhood’s HOA board, and lending a helping hand with her son’s cross-country and robotics teams.
