Abby Steinmann

As a Relationship Manager, Abby serves as a primary point of contact for client families, accountable for working closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. Abby efficiently navigates tight deadlines with a calm composure and warm demeanor. She is pursuing her certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Abby brings strong customer service and project management skills to Willow Street from her background in property management, marketing, and real estate. Before joining our team, she was a Homeowner Relations Manager at Outpost, Inc., a Jackson property management company, and a licensed Wyoming real estate agent.

A Rochester, New York native, Abby moved to Jackson in 2011 after earning her BA from St. Lawrence University. She is an active volunteer for Hole Food Rescue and spends her free time hiking, biking, skiing, and enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends.
