Kelley Anderson JD

Kelley leads Willow Street’s regulatory compliance program and serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the firm’s state-chartered public trust company, Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC. She advises the firm on legal matters relating to internal operations and is a resource for the Client Services, Client Strategy, and Client Integration teams. Kelley is an internal thought leader and teacher around compliance-related questions, and manages our annual client review process and trust reviews.

Prior to joining Willow Street, Kelley worked for the Wyoming Attorney General representing state agencies in personnel matters and prosecuting professional licensing matters. Before she joined the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, she spent six years working in NCAA compliance with both the University of Wyoming and the University of Michigan. Kelley earned a BS in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Montana and a JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

Kelley is a Jackson native. She spends her free time skiing, hiking with her dog, horseback riding, paddleboarding, floating the Snake River, curling, and traveling the globe. In the community, she serves on the board of The Santa Claus Fund and is a volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days.
