Layne Hutcheson

Associate Director, Client Services

Layne serves as a primary point of contact for client families, accountable for working closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. With extensive experience in client services, Layne is both warm and efficient in her client relationship management. She is pursuing her certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Prior to joining Willow Street, Layne was the Transaction Coordinator for the Jackson office of Guild Mortgage, assisting client families through the loan process through a deep understanding of mortgage products in a high-volume market. In the community, she serves on the board of Community Entry Services, which supports adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

Layne earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South with a secondary concentration in anthropology. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Layne has lived in Jackson for the past ten years. She spends her time fly fishing, hiking, skiing, and playing in recreational soccer leagues. When not enjoying the outdoors, Layne enjoys spending time with her husband, their dogs, cats, and ten chickens.
