Stewart McIver CFA, CPA

Stewart is a member of Willow Street’s executive management team and serves on the Investment Committee of Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC. He leads Willow Street’s accounting team and is an internal thought leader around international tax reporting matters for client families. Stewart also serves as a primary point of contact for client families, sits on investment committees for private family trust companies, and works with full trustee engagements with responsibility for investment oversight and delegation. With a background in financial services auditing, he has a deep understanding of clients’ special investments.

Stewart joined Willow Street from Deloitte, where he worked as a Senior Auditor on companies in the financial services sector. Most recently, he was based in the Cayman Islands and focused on private equity and hedge fund clients; earlier, he conducted complex audits of publicly-traded investment managers and broker-dealers in Deloitte’s Denver office. Stewart holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charter from the CFA Institute and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned his MS and BS in Accountancy from the University of Denver. Stewart is currently pursuing his certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Outside of professional pursuits, Stewart serves on the Audit Committee for the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. He and his wife take advantage of Jackson’s natural beauty as they hike, camp, mountain bike, and ski.
