Frances Conner

Frances serves as a primary point of contact for client families, accountable for working closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects.

Prior to joining Willow Street, Frances focused on project management and research at consulting firm Paustenbach and Associates; she also brings experience in content strategy and communications to Willow Street. Originally from Alabama, Frances earned her BA in English from Washington and Lee University.

In her free time, Frances loves to kayak, ski, bike, run, and climb in the mountains, travel, and work on sewing and photography projects. She volunteers with Coombs Outdoors as a swim instructor and writes for Plein Air, a blog that makes space for women to creatively express themselves in the outdoors.
