Kaitlin Carey

As a Relationship Manager, Kaitlin serves as a primary point of contact for client families, accountable for working closely with clients and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. Kaitlin navigates tight deadlines and projects with efficiency and a calm composure. She is pursuing her certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Prior to joining Willow Street, Kaitlin spent over ten years in investment banking, client relationship management, and business development at companies including Silver Point Capital, Deutsche Bank, and The Clear Creek Group. She spent the majority of her career in Manhattan before moving to Jackson in 2020.

An east coast native, Kaitlin grew up outside of New York City and earned her BA from Dartmouth College with a major in History. Actively involved in the community as a volunteer for Hole Food Rescue, the People’s Market, and Old Bill’s Fun Run, she spends her free time outside skiing, hiking, and biking.
