
Tricia Overdyke CTFA, TEP
Executive Managing Director & COO
As executive managing director and chief operating officer, Tricia leads the Client Services team and the firm’s internal operations. She serves on client investment committees and as a manager of private family trust companies (PTCs), leads key client relationships, and works with delegated and discretionary trustee engagements. Tricia participates in the overall management of Willow Street on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Investment Committee of Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC. Based in Denver, Tricia is involved with several regional trust and estate organizations.
Prior to joining Willow Street in 2012, Tricia was senior manager of mergers & acquisitions and strategy for the energy and HSE divisions at IHS, a global information company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Tricia also spent six years in New York City as an investment analyst for a global special situations hedge fund and, before that, as special projects assistant for the Chairman of Bloomberg, LP.
Tricia holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association as well as the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. She earned a BA in Public Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
Tricia has traveled extensively throughout the world for both work and pleasure and speaks Spanish. She serves on the Endowment Committee of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Tricia enjoys backcountry skiing, biking, running, and paddle boarding with her husband and two daughters.
