Amanda is a member of the executive management team and leads Willow Street’s Client Services, Client Operations, and Client Accounting teams. In addition to providing oversight and direction across these functions, she works directly with several client families. Amanda has extensive experience in client services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and delivering an enhanced client experience.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Amanda spent nearly 15 years in client services, business development, and operations leadership at trust and financial institutions including Bridger Trust Company, Bank of Jackson Hole, and MassMutual Trust Company. Amanda holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association and the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
A Michigan native, Amanda moved to Jackson in 2021. She earned her BBA and MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, hiking, and biking. In our community, she serves on the boards of Girls Actively Participating (GAP!) and Habitat for Humanity.
