Nate is a member of Willow Street’s executive management team. He oversees financial operations and reporting across all underlying entities. He is responsible for the firm’s internal control framework, including delegation of authority and segregation of duties within its information technology infrastructure. Nate leads business intelligence and information systems, advancing data management, AI-driven capabilities, and operational efficiencies across the firm. He also oversees Willow Street’s Accounting team.
In 2021, Nate led the selection and implementation of a leading accounting platform to streamline internal operations and enhance client service delivery. Prior to joining Willow Street, Nate worked in both accounting and operations in the ski travel industry. He also spent three years leading mining and logistics projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo. During this time, he oversaw the accounting and governance for a number of entities in various jurisdictions and was an integral part of the first successful export of certified conflict free minerals from the DRC to the US in compliance with supply chain and traceability requirements under the US Dodd-Frank Act.
Nate is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his BA in Business and BS in Economics from The University of Puget Sound. When he is not working, he can be found exploring the outdoors with his family.
