Kelsey works closely with families and their advisors as they onboard and begin their relationship with Willow Street. She oversees and implements a range of integration activities designed to support a supportive and collaborative foundation for the client relationship. Kelsey brings a blend of technical expertise and customer service experience to her role, having previously led customer success and onboarding initiatives in several industries.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Kelsey provided specialized technical support for Patagonia Provisions’ e-commerce platform, where she led onboarding and implementation initiatives. She previously served as an implementation specialist at both Blackcart and GrowthAssistant, building strong relationships with stakeholders across a range of functions and organizations.
Kelsey earned her BS in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder. Outside the office, she enjoys backcountry snowboarding, mountain biking, baking, and volunteering in the community.
