Joseph provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. He oversees and implements operational processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families.
Previously, Joseph worked on the Trust Administration team at Laurel Trust Company; he also focused on financial reporting, project management, and operations through roles at Washington Trust Company and Centreville Bank. Originally from Rhode Island, Joseph earned a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
In his free time, he enjoys camping and hiking throughout the Sierra Nevada mountains with his dog and relaxing with a large book or board game.
