Russell leads Willow Street’s Information Technology team, accountable for the administration of core computer systems, project management and implementation, and ensuring the reliability of day-to-day technology operations across the firm. Driven by continuous improvement, he focuses on creating value-add, efficient business processes for Willow Street.
Russell brings more than 20 years of IT experience from the healthcare, insurance, higher education, and real estate industries. Most recently, he held senior technical and customer-facing roles at CLARA Analytics, Pie Insurance, EMPLOYERS, and Clear Capital. As a Customer Success Manager at CLARA Analytics, he served as the primary liaison between the product development teams and customers. Previously, as a Technical Account Manager at Pie Insurance, Russell served as the technical point of contact for insurance partners, supporting API integrations, release coordination, and production issue resolution.
Russell earned a BS in Information Systems and an MBA at the University of Nevada, Reno. A Reno resident since 2005, he enjoys spending time with his family, whether during movie nights at home or outdoors together. Russell has played the trumped for nearly 30 years, and he and his wife have co-authored several children’s books.
