Lyndsey provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. She oversees and implements operational processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families. Lyndsey brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to her work and is known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever support is needed.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Lyndsey served on the Trust Operations team at Laurel Trust Company and as a Mortgage Loan Assistant at U.S. Bank, where she supported a team of mortgage loan officers focused on high-net-worth clients. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in client communication and internal collaboration, and managing complex workflows within a highly regulated environment.
Lyndsey earned a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Nevada, Reno. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking around Lake Tahoe, playing volleyball, and reading.
