Jakob is a member of Willow Street’s information technology team. As a certified Salesforce Administrator, he leverages his expertise in CRM management, data analysis, and systems integration to streamline internal operations, business processes, and elevate the Willow Street client experience.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Jakob served on the Trust Administration team at Laurel Trust Company, and previously supported trust operations for a Reno-based family’s private family trust company, gaining practical experience in fiduciary operations and family office dynamics. He brings his trust and family office experience to his role in information technology, helping ensure technology solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with how our teams and clients operate.
A Reno native, Jakob earned a BS in Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno. When not in the office, he is an avid traveler who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
