Betsy is a member of the executive management team and leads Willow Street’s Client Integration team. She also works directly with several client family relationships, serving as a director and officer for client private family trust companies (PTCs). Joining Willow Street in 2013, Betsy has significant experience in Client Services and Integration and deep expertise in PTC administration, financial reporting, cash flow management, and new relationship onboarding.
Betsy holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association and the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). Prior to joining Willow Street, she held several management positions in the service and travel industries. In 2009, she founded 307 Bookkeeping to provide bookkeeping services to regional home design and computer service businesses.
A Minnesota native, Betsy moved to Jackson in 1997 after studying at Wartburg College. Betsy spends time outdoors with her husband and son — skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and camping are among their favorite activities.
