Betty joined Willow Street in 2013. She is a member of the executive management team and serves on the Wyoming Board of Managers. She is also a member of the Board of Managers of Crestbridge Fiduciary, a strategic venture between Willow Street and Crestbridge Family Office Services. Betty works closely with new client relationships as families begin their engagement with the firm. In addition, she leads several key client relationships, serving as a manager and committee member of private family trust companies (PTCs).
Betty has over 30 years of experience in finance and marketing strategy in the banking, med-tech, and real estate industries, and in organizations ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations. Her breadth of experience brings a unique and integrated perspective to our firm and client families. Betty holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association and the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). She has served as President of the Wyoming Trust Association (WTA) since its founding in 2018. Betty is the former Chair of the STEP Wyoming Branch and currently leads the STEP Wyoming Conference Committee. She has been recognized by Legal Week as a member of its Private Client Global Elite Directory.
Betty specializes in aligning strategy and values to fiduciary structures that will support a family’s current and evolving needs. She brings insights on leading practices in private trust company (PTC) governance, operations, and administration. Her years of experience working with family businesses, family offices, and PTCs benefit the boards and committees on which she serves. Betty’s deep connection to client relationships is centered on her commitment to being a resource and thought partner.
Betty serves as Board Chair and on the Executive Committee of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole. She earned her BS in Finance from the University of Florida and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Betty is a native of Miami and daughter of Cuban immigrants; she is fluent in Spanish.
