Maggie provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. She oversees and implements operational processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Maggie worked for a Jackson-based family office where she managed a variety of properties, art collections, events, and processes. Previously, she spent nearly ten years at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in a variety of positions, including Supervisor of Visitor Services. Maggie earned a BA in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Carroll College.
Maggie is a Jackson native. When she is not in the office, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling across the US and abroad.
