Kelly serves on the Wyoming Board of Managers of Willow Street and is the President of Pathstone. She leads Pathstone’s Research and Investment, Tax and Accounting, Wealth Planning, and Regional Leadership Teams. Kelly serves on the Executive and Investment Committees. As the firm continues to grow, she plays an integral role in ensuring continuity and excellence of the client experience.
Kelly has over 20 years of experience creating innovative solutions and platforms to advise multigenerational families, family offices, institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. She has founded multiple programs and has been a visionary champion of major initiatives of Pathstone, including HerPath, designed to enable women to be better informed and equipped to make financial decisions with confidence; FuturePath, created to educate the rising generation and strengthen the firm’s generational promise; and Path2Succeed, an internal program committed to supporting the successful career growth of employees through professional development.
Earlier in her career, Kelly worked with endowments and foundations at Mellon Private Wealth, focusing on private secondary schools, hospitals, national non-profit organizations, and family foundations. She began her career in financial services at the private equity firm Acon Investments. Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and is a Certified Financial Planner™.
