Joining Willow Street in 2014, Matt serves as Team Lead for one of Willow Street’s Client Services teams. He is also a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with families and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. Matt leads several multigenerational, multijurisdictional private family trust company (PTC) relationships and serves as an officer or manager for several PTCs. He possesses a strong competency in governance surrounding these structures, with a keen awareness of the roles of protectors, committees, officers, directors, and managers.
Matt earned a BS in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA) from the American Bankers Association, a course of study that hones the technical skills and competencies required to perform complex trust administration responsibilities, and the Trust & Estates Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Matt relocated to Jackson Hole from New Hampshire in 2011. He is passionate about backcountry snowboarding and lives by the motto, “it’s always worth the hike.” In the community, he serves on the board of Teton County Idaho Search and Rescue (TCISAR). When not in the mountains, Matt also enjoys golf, team sports, and spending time with his family.
