With a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, she plays an integral role in aligning daily operations with strategic objectives, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
With a comprehensive background spanning across organizational strategy, employee relations, and total rewards, Elizabeth understands the mechanics behind a great workplace. Prior to joining Willow Street, she served as a Job Evaluation and Compensation Analyst at the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior, Elizabeth served as a Compensation Analyst at the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation.
Elizabeth earned a BS in Criminal Justice at California State University, Sacramento. Outside work, she is an avid outdoorswoman who loves camping and spending time at Lake Tahoe with her husband and two children.
