Melissa leads Willow Street’s Client Operations team, which provides ongoing operational support to the Client Services team and contributes to the effective execution of client operations across the firm. She oversees and implements operational processes and workflows that support consistency, precision, and an exceptional experience for Willow Street client families.
Melissa brings more than ten years of client service and operations experience within trust and financial institutions, including Fiduciary Trust Company International, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining Willow Street, she served as a Cash Settlements Supervisor at Fiduciary Trust International. Melissa holds the Accredited Trust Operations Professional (ATOP) designation and is pursuing her Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certifications.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Melissa relocated to Reno in 2019. Outside of work, she has a strong interest in the intersection of finance and technology and enjoys exploring full-stack web development through personal projects. In her free time, Melissa appreciates great food—whether traveling to experience a Michelin-starred meal or experimenting with new recipes at home.
