Luette manages a broad range of internal functions, including operational processes, human resources, and facilities management. With a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, she plays an integral role in aligning daily operations with strategic objectives, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
Luette has spent the better part of her professional life focused on human resources, operations strategy, and communications. Prior to joining Willow Street, she worked for Condec Corporation, RCA Records, and General Re. Luette and her family relocated to Jackson in 1996 in order to establish Watchguard Security Systems, which she and her husband Michael operated jointly and successfully until its sale in 2009.
Originally from New England, Luette enjoys the many activities that Jackson and the Rocky Mountain West have to offer. She is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church and a volunteer advocate for the Community Safety Network. Luette earned a BA from Connecticut College.
