Lou Lou serves as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with families and their advisors, including legal, tax/accounting, investment, and banking leads. She is responsible for trust administration, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, and special projects. With a background in supply chain management and production logistics, Lou Lou brings exceptional attention to detail, a disciplined approach to operational planning and execution, and a collaborative mindset to her role.
Prior to joining Willow Street, Lou Lou spent nearly 10 years in operations roles at Stio, a Jackson-based apparel company operating across the US. In her most recent role as a Senior Logistics Manager, she partnered closely with internal teams and a global network of vendors to manage complex timelines and deliverables and support efficient, streamlined operations.
Lou Lou earned her BA from St. Lawrence University with a major in Spanish and a minor in Mathematics. Originally from Vermont, she has lived in Jackson since 2013. Outside of the office, Lou Lou enjoys trail running, biking, skiing, cooking, and coaching soccer — all in the company of her husband, two children, and dog.
