Barbara J. Hoeft TEP

Barbara has 30 years of experience in the family office and trust and estate industry. In 2005, she founded Willow Street Financial Services, LLC, now Willow Street Group, LLC and Willow Street Trust Company of Wyoming, LLC.
Barbara participates in the overall management of the firm on the Board of Managers and consults as a thought leader for the Client Services team. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, holds the Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, and speaks frequently on topics related to the trust and estate planning field. Barbara earned her BA from the University of Virginia and is a member of the Jefferson Society. Fluent in French, she obtained a Diplôme in 19th Century Literature and French Economics from L’Université de Paris–Sorbonne and a Certificat from the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris.
Originally from New York, Barbara has lived in Wyoming since 1984 and is involved with numerous organizations. She represented the Trust and Professional Services sector on the Executive Council of ENDOW, Wyoming’s task force on economic diversity. She has also previously served on the Board of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, and as Board President of the Teton County Library Foundation. Barbara is an active member of Gateway Church. She enjoys skiing, creating new recipes for family and friends, and spending time with her husband Chris and their two children, CJ and Charlotte.
